The Flexhaus
This was the first Flex House designed by Ann, and is currently featured at the ‘Pods At The Vinyard‘ development. It’s where private havens meet shared spaces, fostering a sense of belonging while catering to the need for personal retreats. These homes are designed to be adaptable, allowing for the ebb and flow of life’s changes, making them ideal for a dynamic and communal living experience. With a Flex house, residents enjoy the harmony of a connected community, along with the flexibility to make the space their own.
The Grand View
One of Ann Raab’s most recent designs, The Grand View is a Flex-House created to address the rising issue of un-housed single adults. This is a single cohesive structure that offers individual living spaces with a strong emphasis on community.
